Movies & Series Post Types – Built for Media Cataloging
Movies and Series post types let you build structured archives with fields for title, director, cast, release date, genre, and ratings. For series, you can add episodes as child posts, complete with season and broadcast metadata. Characters and actors are linked through dedicated taxonomies, enabling rich profile connections across your database. Each entry supports trailers and synopses via custom fields and flexible layouts, while episodes can include embedded videos using new “File,” “Embed,” and “Iframe” fields — paste platform links or HTML code and stream with ease. Use the Content Editor space to add the images of the mangas (recommended in vertical format, one below other, or only one with long height). You can add the zip file of chapter with the WP uploader (not to be confused with an automated zip extractor) or pasting an external url (both generate a download link for the visitor) and a text resume.
