All products available on RAMSTHEMES are property of RAMSTHEMES. The purchase of a theme or plugin does not grant ownership of the product but rather a license to use it under the specified terms.
We provide support for all purchased products for a specified period from the date of purchase, typically 6 months, depending on the product. Updates for purchased products are provided free of charge while License Key is active. RAMSTHEMES reserves the right to modify or discontinue support and updates at any time.

RAMSTHEMES will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
