With the integration of the Google Books API, EXLIBRIS users can now access a vast repository of book information. By simply entering the ISBN number, users can fetch detailed book data, including title, author, publication date, and more. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
The process is straightforward:

- After obtaining it, you can place it in the Options Page
- Obtain the ISBN of book from the Google Books search page
- Go to Product post type and enter the ISBN number of the desired book. Furthermore, one of the standout features of this integration is the ability to display book previews. If a book has a preview available on Google Books, EXLIBRIS will automatically show it, providing users with a quick look at the book’s content. This can be especially useful for evaluating books before purchasing. The Google Books API retrieves the relevant information when you hit “Update” button to save the product.
